Cunt

I picked up this book after hearing so many people rave about it. I was curious to see what all the hype was about.

Cunt, for me, was a book that made me feel better about myself, my vagina and being a woman. Although I do not share the strong feminist views the author has, I think I still caught the "feeling" from the words she shared. It's refreshing to hear a different viewpoint and it's especially nice, for a change, to hear a woman
speak positively and emphatically about periods, supporting and advocating for women, speaking of their vagina with delight in a non-sexual way.

Ms. Muscio's words read like you're sitting across the table from her, talking about girl stuff.

I don't know if I would re-read this entire book or just sections. I do, however, seem to feel the need to share it with the other women in my life. It's definitely a keeper.

Oh. And I'll never think of the word "cunt" the same again.
