Goodness. That's horrendous. My first instinct was, if I was there, to break that glass. But then the kid could have gotten hurt (even more). Man. What a sick woman.
I read that the other day and it disgusted me. Have you read the recent story that put her 22 month old twins girls out of her car on a busy street and just drove off and left them? I will try to go back and find the link. Sickos!
Again it shows how some people just SHOULD NOT be parents... you've heard it before, You have to have a license to drive a car but any idiot is allowed to raise a child... crazy crazy...!!!
This is not a sick act, or crazy act. There is no way of describing this act. This woman needs to be sentenced to death by washing machine. I bet if the government started punishing people the same way they punished someone. stuff like this would stop. What this lady did was not only mean but cruel. She not only wanted the child dead, but she also wanted the child to suffer.
um...anyone consider that the woman might have been mentally ill for real? Like schizophrenic & off her meds? It'd be a pretty consistent act, something like throwing all the family's clothes away because angels don't wear clothing.
I believe last time forced sterilization for the mentally-ill and retarded came up, it got shouted down, with good reason. Who decides who gets sterilized, how far is too far? Sounds like what we really need is real Child Protective Services that aren't stretched so thin the kid's got to be just about dead before anyone steps in.
