Whew

I am happy to say the carnival for our school is over. Myself and another woman co-chaired on it and have been working on it for months. It was a decent day with decent weather (it rained the last couple hours, but had been beautiful all day).

My feet were killing me by the end of the day, though. My daughter had taken my good shoes (they were hers, but she said she didn't want them and they fit me great) and I had to wear a pair of hers. They are cute shoes, but not so kind to the feet.

After it was over, me and my friend (the co-chair) went for some nachos and beers. It was a nice way to end off a chaotic day. I only have a few things left to do (figure out how much we spent/made, that stuff) before I can officially call it "done" - but I can already feel the relief off my shoulders.
