Sinus Hell

Oh my gosh, I'm in sinus HELL. I feel like I've got a stack of books sitting on top of my head and am about to give birth to a baby through my nose. It is that bad. Bad enough to read the Sinus News.

Yeah.

I've tried a decongestant, but that made me jittery and somewhat worse. I picked up a nose pot thing that you fill with water and a saline solution to clease the nasal passages. It's real pretty when I do it, lemme tell you.

How long does this crap last? I feel miserable. Wah.

How long does it last? I've no idea, I don't get sinus trouble (don't worry, I have other ailments). But I hope it passes quickly and you feel better soon!

I have one of those Rice and herb bags that go from the freezer to the microwave, When I get sinus pain and pressure I mist mine w/ water and heat it up and lay it over my eyes/nose and cheeks, it helps me a lot... I hope you feel better soon...!!!
