Katrina and Iraq

I had no idea conditions down in New Orleans was so horrific. The flooding, the looting. The destruction and death. Frank emailed me today asking if I knew about New Orleans and Iraq. I haven't looked to see yet what he was talking about in Iraq.

At the bottom of the article linked above there is this snippet:

Consumers can expect retail gas prices to rise to $4 a gallon in the near future, Ben Brockwell, director of pricing at the Oil Price Information Service, said Wednesday. "There's no question gas will hit $4 a gallon," he said. "The question is how high will it go and how long will it last?"
