I was hungry and whipped this up. It was amazingly delicious. Easy too. I made a small batch, it was about 2 servings (or one BIG one) you can double it to make more. I know I will. Black Bean Italian Sausage Soup (Low Carb) 2 Italian links cooked and sliced into medallians Place everything into small pot; heat on medium to boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 1/2 hour or more. Salt and pepper to taste. I garnished with some grated Romano cheese. A very yummy stew/soup on a cold Winter day. Even better reheated the next day.
