Homemade Cleansing Cloths

Cleaning products are expensive, so I like to try different recipes and make my own. Today, I made some homemade cleansing cloths out of this recipe:

1c. rubbing alcohol
1 tbsp. amonia
1 tbsp. liquid dish soap
1 quart water (approx.)

I cut paper towel in half (good paper towel, cheap ones don't work well) and put it in a container, poured the solution and mushed it up a bit. Right now it's just sitting. I'm going to take the core out soon and give it a try.

I also added a few drops of lavender fragrance to it as well.

Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that I now have a new URL for my blog ... http://bathtubjunkie.blogspot.com/. If you could change any links that you have, that would be great. Those cleansing wipes sound terrific ~ have you ever made homemade baby wipes, too? I definitely plan to make those when we have kids! hehe :-) Take care!

Sounds just like homemade baby wipes except with the harsher ingredients. Me and my broke butt need to try this. Thanks for posting this!

UPDATE: Hey, these work pretty darn good.
